Savics is an innovative social company developing IT products and advising clients on digital solutions improving health systems, disease surveillance, individualized patient care and healthcare management. We do so by leveraging existing technologies and field knowledge to co-create solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
Savics was founded in 2016 and has since then provided consulting services to health ministries as well as other major public health stakeholders such as the WHO, the Global Fund, USAID, CDC, Fondation Mérieux, the Union.
We have developed a suite of mobile and web applications that connects laboratories, addresses supply chain challenges, allows for timely detection and treatment of patients, maps health resources and events and fosters stakeholder collaboration to solve field challenges.
Currently our software has been deployed across 15 countries in Africa and South Asia reaching +500,000 patients. These tools provide health ministries, physicians and other public health stakeholders with near real-time access to diagnostic results, improve patient follow-up, map health situations, and inform local and national actions to serve the most vulnerable groups.
Our team is spread across 17 countries with 80% of staff located in low and middle-income countries ensuring strong collaboration with local partners and sustainable adoption and implementation of customized solutions. We have full-time staff based in Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Egypt, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Belgium and France.
Within only about 5 years of operations and scaling-up eHealth solutions, we have sharpened our competence in software development, data analytics, capacity building, project management and provision of onsite and remote support of our clients operations. We understand the value of adopting an holistic approach for sustainability and impact of interventions. With this knowledge, we build solutions that are complementary and address the gaps in the health system holistically.
