Creation of a technological platform to administer medicines by pulmonary route
The aim of the NEOFOR project is to establish a consortium in Wallonia that will coordinate multidisciplinary technology groups to construct a new SME that will be able to design and realize original formulations created with new medical devices for pulmonary drug administration. The long-term aim is the development and production according to Good Manufacturing Practices of formulations for original molecules and appropriate medical devices for the pulmonary delivery of high molecular weight molecules, i.e. proteins, hormones and monoclonal antibodies allowing an innovating therapeutic approach for the treatment of lung cancer and inflammatory diseases.
