NARILIS was jointly created by the University of Namur and the CHU UCL Namur. NARILIS promotes multidisciplinary life sciences research with the aim to further improve health and wellbeing in human and animals.
NARILIS supports research expanding our understanding of fundamental biological processes underlying normal and pathological conditions, as well as advancing diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases. The institute gathers scientists from diverse disciplines at the University of Namur (biologists, physicists, chemists, geographers, pharmacists, veterinarians…), as well as healthcare professionals from the CHU UCL Namur. Our researchers conduct research activities on a broad variety of health-related topics and at different levels, from gene to patient care.
