To strengthen its organization, Graftys is looking for a “Scientific & Business Administration Manager”.
Within a dynamic team, under the supervision of the CFO and the CEO, your missions will be articulated as follows:
Analysis of market and internal data:
Analyze/follow the market for biomaterials and bone tissue engineering;
Analyze market/follow trends on prices and reimbursement;
Determine production costs, suggest optimization options.
Management of R&D project subsidies:
Write/defend research projects (R & D, Preclinical, Industrialization, Clinic ...) in French and English;
Manage funded projects: provide scientific monitoring (report writing), financial (drafting of a statement of claim ...) and administrative (intellectual property, confidentiality ...);
Participate in internal and external project follow-up meetings.
Business Plan and Budgets
Develop Business Plans at 5/8 years;
Build consolidated budgets (P & L, cashflow statement);
Organize the budget process: collect, analyze and synthesize budget data from operational departments and analyze budget / realized gaps.
Scientific degree (PhD in biomedical sciences, pharmacy ... or MD, DVM ...), an MBA (or equivalent) is a plus;
First experience in business development in the field of implantable medical device (ideally), biotech or pharma;
Good knowledge of national and international laws and requirements in the field of implantable medical devices;
Strong analytical and synthesis skills (esp. on market data);
Ease to operate in a start-up/biotech environment;
Good oral and written communication;
Rigorous, independent, pro-active and versatile;
French and fluent English;
Permanent contract (CDI)
