The ALLERT aims to release on the market a practical, portable, and rapid diagnostic system to detect allergens in foods. This product answers to a growing need in food safety management due to increment of food allergies in population. All the production chain of agro-alimentary is targeted by this new system but also the final consumers. The system includes one reading instrument and a rapid food extraction/ tests kitssimple to use like pregnancy tests.Due to the innovative technique, it should be possible to test in once several major allergens in less than 20 minutes.
