COMUNICARE SOLUTIONS is a spin-off of the University of Liege, specialised in e-health. The company develops and commercialises a digital solution to support patients in chronic care and post-hospitalization contexts. The Comunicare telemedicine platform provides, through patient empowerment, remote monitoring and disease-specfic predictive models, a non-pharmacological strategy to improve disease management at home. It also provides support for patient data collection in clinical trials.
