Participation in meetings

The events organised by the BioWin cluster sometimes require paid registration. The fee varies according to the event and the status of the entity registering.
In the case of a paying event, registration is paid directly on the payment platform. Access to the event is conditional on the actual payment of the fee.

After payment, a confirmation is sent by e-mail to the participant.

BioWin reserves the right to modify the programme of meetings and conferences, to postpone the date and/or to change the location of conferences if circumstances so require.

 

Invoicing

After registration by the participant, the participant will receive a quotation on the basis of which he/she has to make the payment within 15 days.

At the reception of the payment, the BioWin Team will confirm the registration and send an invoice.

In the same time the participant will receive a badge.

Cancellation policy

Once the registration fee has been paid, there will be no refund for any reason. However, the person unable to attend may be replaced by another executive member.
